Terms of Service — Fair N Near

1. General

By placing an order with Fair N Near, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Condition

All parts sold by Fair N Near are used/salvage parts unless explicitly stated otherwise. Parts are sold as-is in good working condition as described in the listing. Photos and descriptions are provided to accurately represent the item.

3. Fitment & Compatibility Disclaimer

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the part is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing. Fair N Near provides product details, part numbers, and fitment information as a courtesy. We do not guarantee fitment for every vehicle make, model, year, or trim. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering.

4. Warranty & Returns

Most products come with a 30-day return warranty from the date of delivery.
If a product has no warranty, it will be clearly stated in the product listing. No returns will be accepted for such items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and must not have been installed or modified.

5. Return Process

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method — Fair N Near is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 2 business days.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
If the item is found to be damaged, installed, or not in its original condition, the return may be denied.

6. Shipping

Standard items ship within the United States only.
Transmission orders ship via freight carrier within the United States only and are subject to freight delivery terms.
International shipping is available for select items to Australia, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fair N Near is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or installation of purchased parts. All installations should be performed by a qualified mechanic.
